Patient account

Patients register or sign in on the dedicated patient portal. There they can edit the information that they have initially provided in the Essentials screen during the registration process.

The Patient account consists of several sections located in the left hand side menu:

Patients can search a practitioner by their name or browse within a pre-defined list of specialties

Messages

All chat threads that have been created between the patient and one or more practitioners. Group chats also sit in this tab. Audio/video calls between patients and providers are initiated via the threads (for more information please see Message threads section).

Conditions

A set of health data that the patient enters in the system. The practitioner can subscribe to alerts in cases where a certain condition gets critical.

My Appointments

List of the upcoming bookings that the patient has scheduled. Patients can manage (reschedule, cancel, pay, change details of the booking) their appointments via this tab.

Past Appointments

List of previous bookings. Patients can review type of booking, date and time as well as use the list to return to the chat thread with a given practitioner.

Vitals

Patient can enter basic information such as body temperature, weight, height, pulse rate, blood pressure, etc. This data is visible to the practitioners that the patient is in touch with. They can access it via Patients ➝ select patient ➝ Other Health data folder.

Lab results

Patients can add their lab results in this section. This data is visible to the practitioners that the patient is in touch with. They can access it via Patients ➝ select patient ➝ Lab Results folder.

Images & Documents

Patients can upload medical documentation e.g. x-rays, MRI, previous diagnoses, etc. This data is visible to the practitioners that the patient is in touch with. They can access it via Patients ➝ select patient ➝ Images & Documents folder.

History

Patients can consult the history and fluctuations of health indicators they have entered so far. This data is visible to the practitioners that the patient is in touch with. They can access it via Patients ➝ select patient ➝ Other health data ➝H istory.

Vouchers

Provided that there are activated vouchers for a patient, they can add the corresponding code in this section and use it for their future bookings.

Family

Contains a list of all family members that are created under the patient's account as well as some basic information regarding each family member.
