Message threads

Message threads are the communication channel between practitioners and patients. They enable a various set of actions e.g. start audio/video calls, send messages, share images & documentation, complete intake forms, make payments, send/receive prescriptions, etc. Exchanged files in the threads such as intake forms or images are also stored respectively in the Forms/Images & Documents folders in the patient profile so that they are easy to find later on. History of each action is kept in the message threads. For instance if a payment has been made - there will be a relevant message in the chat. Also patients and practitioners can review the date and time as well as the duration of their calls in the same thread.
